My Academy Vault is an AI-powered tutoring platform for students, parents, and teachers. Here's everything you need to know to get started.

Features

AI Chat Tutor

Ask questions in any subject. The AI teaches step-by-step, adjusting to your grade level. It never gives direct answers — it guides you to discover them yourself.

Photo Upload

Take a photo of any homework problem. Our system reads the text and the AI helps you solve it.

Practice Problems

AI generates problems at your chosen difficulty. Submit your answer and get instant feedback with detailed explanations.

Progress Tracking

Visual charts show your strengths, weaknesses, and activity over time. Track streaks and see improvement.

Gamification

Earn XP for every activity. Level up from Curious Beginner to Knowledge Master. Earn badges for achievements.

Study Plans

Enter your test date and topics. The AI creates a personalized week-by-week study plan with daily tasks.

Printable Worksheets

Generate custom practice sheets with any topic, difficulty, and problem count. Includes an answer key.

For Students

1. Create Your Account

Sign up as a Student and select your grade level. This helps our AI tutor adjust explanations to match your level — from kindergarten vocabulary to college-level academic language.

2. Start a Chat Session

Pick a subject (Math, Science, Writing, History, Languages, or Reading) and ask any question. The AI tutor will guide you step-by-step — it won't just give you the answer, it'll help you understand HOW to get there.

3. Upload a Photo

Stuck on a homework problem? Take a photo of it with your phone or upload an image. Our OCR technology reads the problem and the AI tutor helps you work through it.

4. Practice Problems

Choose a topic, difficulty level, and how many problems you want. The AI generates unique practice problems, checks your answers, and explains what you got right or wrong.

5. Track Your Progress

See your strengths and weaknesses across subjects, track your daily streak, earn XP, and level up. The more you learn, the more you earn!

6. Link to Parent or Teacher

Go to Settings and enter the invite code your parent or teacher gave you. This lets them see your progress — but don't worry, they can see your activity and scores, not the content of your chats.

For Parents

1. Create a Parent Account

Sign up and select the Parent role. You don't need to pick a grade level — that's for your child's account.

2. Link Your Child

Go to My Children in the sidebar and click Link Child. You'll get a 6-character invite code (like A7X3K2). Give this code to your child.

3. Your Child Enters the Code

Your child goes to their Settings page and enters the code under "Link Parent Account." Once linked, you're connected.

4. Monitor Progress

From your Parent Dashboard, you can see each child's activity, subjects studied, time spent, scores on practice problems, XP level, and daily streaks.

5. Managing the Connection

Only you (the parent) can unlink a child. Your child cannot remove the connection from their side. This ensures you maintain oversight of their learning.

For Teachers

1. Create a Teacher Account

Sign up and select the Teacher role. You'll get access to the Classrooms section in your sidebar.

2. Create a Classroom

Click New Classroom, give it a name (like "8th Grade Math — Period 2"), and select the grade level. You'll get a unique join code.

3. Share the Join Code

Give the 6-character code to your students. They go to Settings → Join Classroom and enter it. They're now in your class.

4. View Class Progress

Click on any classroom to see all students, their XP levels, streaks, and overall engagement. You can track which students are active and who might need extra help.

5. Student Management

Only you (the teacher) can remove students from the classroom. Students cannot leave on their own. This prevents students from avoiding accountability.

6. Generate Worksheets

Use the Worksheets tool to generate printable practice sheets for your class. Choose the subject, topic, difficulty, and number of problems. Download as a file your students can print and complete offline.
